Wrestling with the Cat in the Hat

This is an upside down picture of me wrestling with my new Cat in the Hat stuffed animal. One of Mama's clients brought him for me with the book too! The first time I saw him, I laughed a real laugh for the first time. He's almost as big as I am, and I like to wrestle with him.

Visiting & Working

Today we went back over to Grandma & Grandpa's house. Since it's tax season Mommy needed to work some more, plus we wanted to see more of Aunt Nancy! I also tried out my new shoes from Aunt Bettze for the first time today...Mommy thinks they're the cutest thing ever!

Grandpa's Birthday Dinner

Tonight we had a little birthday gathering for Grandpa. The Millers and the Pascuccis came, and Great Aunt Nancy came all the way from Annapolis! Daddy had to work, but he made it just in time for dinner.

A day with Ina May

Today Mama and I went to see Ina May Gaskin speak at a doula conference. She's an amazing midwife who has written a couple of really good books about childbirth and midwifery. Mama says that her books are a big part of why getting me here was such a good experience. I was really good all day and got to see a bunch of other babies who came with their moms too!

Grandpa Libson turns 70!

Today was Grandpa's birthday. He turned 70, which I thought was a really big deal, but he wouldn't let Mommy and Grandma plan a party or make a big fuss over it. So we all had dinner at their house and then birthday cupcakes.

We hung out with Bettze all day until she had to leave for the airport.

Mama's Aunt Bettze came to visit from Annapolis so she could meet me this weekend! I was really excited to finally meet her :-)

Mom & Dad decided I was big enough to play with my fun vibrating elephant today...here I am giving him the taste test in my swing.

Brunch

We had brunch today at Grandma & Grandpa Libson's before Grandma & Grandpa Brennen had to go back to Buffalo. Here I am with both Grandmas!!


We visited Dad at Mad Mex again before they got on the road...

Grandma and Grandpa Brennen came to visit today! We went and had dinner at Daddy's work tonight.

I rolled over!!

Mere moments before Mommy took this picture, I rolled over for the first time! They're not sure if being on the squishy bed next to Daddy helped a little or not, but I say it counts! I've been trying for a while...I think it will still be a little longer before I roll from my back to my tummy though, that seems a lot harder.

These are just a couple of pictures of me hanging out on the couch...I don't flop over so much when they sit me up...Mommy just loves my bandit outfit, so she had to take pictures of me in it...

Tummy Time!

Plus I had a busy day today...Mom and Dad took me to see Dr. Bentz for a checkup, I'm 13 pounds, 6 ounces and 24 1/2 inches long!

Visiting Great Gramma

I went with Mommy and Grandma to visit Great Gramma today. We brought her a new table for her room - Mommy put it together while I hung out with them.
